We are a small group of individuals that have been lucky enough to grow up with summers and life around the Lake George area. After having moved away at one point, but with the forever childhood in mind, we have now foraged back to the area full time, and built Lake George Concierge Services based upon what we wanted for our homes and families but could not find. Forever young…at heart anyway…striving to improve everyone’s enjoyment of this splendid area.

  Chris grew up in Queensbury NY and after having made moves to Toronto, Brussels, Hong Kong, Johannesburg, San Francisco, Denver and Boston he has come to settle down on the Queen of American lakes. With over 20 years of high end residential contracting, painting and millwork experience, Chris brings a passion for renovations that require quality and prides himself on communication, fair pricing and quality craftsmanship. When not at work Chris can be likely seen in Harris bay taking his kids tubing or wake surfing or in more daring times, a jump off the 63 footer at west dollar.

  Julie and Chris have worked together for over 12 years and have refined their work flow, scheduling and project management over the years to provide best in class scheduling, expediency and true cost insights to all clients. Julie holds a Construction Supervisor License and is knowledgeable in all facets of builds. Julie is the backbone to LGCS and keeps all of our feet to the fire and running like a well oiled machine. Julie and her husband Roberto are always busy with a flip or a real estate investment at any given time when not cracking the whip on the LGCS team

  Damien hails from Galway Ireland however has lived within the great confines of the US for over 26 years. With over 30 years of Millshop and cabinet making and installation experience, Damien provides best of breed cabinets within 1/16 inch of all designer or architect specs and loves to work with hardwoods and live edge when possible. A wizard with a blade, Damien allows LGCS to turn around cabinets, vanities, running trim and more with expediency and complete jobs on aggressive timelines without added costs or sacrifice in quality. When not at work Damien will be snowboarding from the first flake to the last in Vermont or upstate ny.

• Marcus Piementa

  Marcus is originally from Brazil but has also lived within the confines of the US for over 25 years. Marcus brings over 30 years of high end residential paint and stain experience. Experienced in latex and oil, whether it be a spray finish, blend or brushed trim, your home will never look better. A true proponent of fine paints of Europe and laquer finishes. Be it an Ipe deck, finely sprayed trim work or exterior touch ups, Marcus’ experience is second to none and is the last touch on all of our projects. Marcus, his wife and 2 kids love to fish and explore the countryside outside of work.

  Adam grew up in Lake George and Warrensburg and currently resides in Queensbury. A lifelong contractor Adam has 15 years of plumbing and site work experience and over 20 years of carpentry experience. Adam is truly the one stop shop for home services questions and answers and loves to troubleshoot and solve. When not working Adam can be found playing softball, golf or skiing in the local area.
